MetaModel

The MetaModel allows you to compute Equations of State in \((n_B, \delta\)) space, where \(n_B\) is the baryon number density and \(\delta\) is the isospin asymmetry, defined as \(\delta = (n_n - n_p)/n_B\), where \(n_n\) and \(n_p\) are the neutron densities.

The user either specifies the bulk saturation properties of nuclear matter, from which an EOS is generated, or selects a named EOS parametrization from a fixed list instead — see Configuration File.

The code supports both relativistic and non-relativistic EOSs. Currently, the code only supports zero temperature EOSs.

See the Quickstart for a minimal example of how to use the module, or the Installation instructions to build and run it locally.
